OfficeTrack is a major step in
upgrading our current database.
We have found the system very easy to
use, with straight forward easy to find data sections.
For our purposes OfficeTrack have helped us to develop certain
fields and helped us to understand the functionalities in order to get the
best use of the data we have loaded in.
We have just created our first mailshot and are very pleased with the results.
There has not been anything we have found yet that has been dissapointing.

customer enquiries.
This is what Richard Kingston has to say about OfficeTrack:
Three officers that work within the Countryside and
Landscape section of Caerphilly County Borough Council
have been using OfficeTrack since September 2004.
It is being used to log all customers’ telephone
enquiries regarding trees and woodlands. The section
also uses Arbortrack. OfficeTrack and Arbortrack are
linked together, this means information about
customers enquiries within OfficeTrack can be
accessed from Arbortrack and visa versa.
The system is proving to be a reliable and valuable
tool that is quick and easy to use. Before we
obtained OfficeTrack we were using a paper-based
system, which made finding customers previous
enquiries very time consuming. With OfficeTrack all
that has to be done is to search for the persons
name and the information will be in front of you.
The ability to input calls that are made and received
as well as a final note when tree works are complete,
is an excellent feature as all correspondence
can be accessed in no time.
OfficeTrack is also very helpful when looking at
the amount of telephone calls the section receives.
All calls can be attributed to subject areas,
this give us an idea of which areas require
the most attention.
I feel that OfficeTrack is an excellent way of
logging customer’s enquiries and I have no
hesitation in recommending it.

SFRGB: The Management of Lubrication
SFR GB Ltd began marketing Oil Lubrication Technologies in the early 1990's and very quickly
began to see the savings that could be achieved from improving the existing oil.
This early work led the Managing Director of the company Tim Atkin to begin researching
the whole subject of savings in the area of lubrication.
Why do they use OfficeTrack?
SFRGB have satellite offices throughout the UK that need to know immediately what is happening
elsewhere. Results of oil tests and research can be entered into the system. If a component is
due to damage expensive equipment, an engineer can be contacted be e-Mail and Text Message immediately.
Simplicity
The success of the majority of ideas and new procedures lies in its simplicity and why should
oil be any different. It became apparent to Tim Atkin that the key elements that affect lubrication are
controlled by different factors, all these factors have to be addressed at different levels of intensity
to achieve the levels of success possible.
