Do I need
to install any software on my PC
to use OfficeTrack?
All you need to use the
OfficeTrack system is a
connection to the internet and a
browser ie. Internet Explorer. In
fact if you are reading this page
then you already have everything
you need to get started.
How many members of my
staff can use the system?
There is no limit to the number
of staff members using the
system, licenses are purchased
for the number of staff members
YOU want to access the system.
Extra licenses can be purchased
as your company expands.
How many customers can I
enter into the OfficeTrack
database?
This is completely unlimited. You
may enter as many or as few
customers into the database as
you require. We have the capacity
to store data from the smallest
to the largest of companies.
How secure is
OfficeTrack?
The security of your data is of
the upmost importance to us. Our
databases are stored on a secure
server and backups are taken
regularly to minimise potential
data loss. Please be assured that
nobody apart from yourself and
your staff members will have
access to your customers data.
