Licenses are purchased for the
OfficeTrack CRM system on a per
month basis
and dispersed among your staff
using license pooling.
These licences can
then be given to your staff on an
as needed basis. When a user logs
into the system and their license
has expired they will be asked if
they want to take a
license out of the pool. If you
purchase licences in bulk they
become cheaper.
